Developed event branding, from signage to marketing collateral, utilizing botanical motifs and bold typography to symbolize growth and heritage.

Client: Batesville Area Arts Council

The goal of the 'BAAC to Our Roots' Summer Celebration Fundraiser was to create a visual identity that conveyed a strong connection to the community’s artistic heritage while inspiring a sense of nostalgia and growth. This involved developing all design elements from concept to execution, including logo design, typography, color palette, and marketing collateral for both digital and print platforms.

I carefully selected a bold slab serif font to convey strength and tradition, paired with a teal and beige color palette to evoke warmth and nostalgia. I also integrated botanical imagery into the designs, symbolizing the arts' continued growth within the community.

In addition to my design work, I collaborated closely with the event planners to ensure that the visual elements aligned with the overall flow of the event. This included managing print production timelines and working directly with local vendors to bring the designs to life.
