I played a crucial role in the redesign of The Mascot Media Custom App, a sports management tool utilized by high schools throughout the United States. The primary objectives of the project were to enhance the user experience, introduce new functionalities, and collaborate closely with the development team to address issues and optimize user pathways. Through my contributions, I focused on ideating improved features, creating working prototypes, and refining key aspects of the app such as roster organization, schedule management, and admin alert and messaging systems.
The previous version of The Mascot Media Custom App was outdated and lagging behind modern standards. The user experience was hindered by clunky navigation and outdated interfaces, causing frustration and confusion among users. The overall design was cumbersome and lacked efficiency, making it challenging for coaches, parents, and students to access and update information.
Through a meticulous redesign process, I successfully transformed The Mascot Media Custom App into a modern and highly functional platform. The user experience has been greatly enhanced, with intuitive navigation and sleek, updated interfaces that provide a seamless and enjoyable interaction.
