Designing a Football-Themed Referral Program

Project Objective:

The "Countdown to the Gridiron" campaign was designed to leverage the excitement of the upcoming football season to drive client referrals and generate new leads. By aligning the campaign with the energy and anticipation of kickoff, we introduced a referral program where participants could earn “Mascot Bucks” or gift cards for referring schools.

Goals:

  • Strengthen connections with current clients through a value-driven rewards system that encourages continued partnership.

  • Make it simple and enticing for clients to refer schools, maximizing participation and lead generation.

  • Create a user-friendly referral process integrated with our CRM, with all referred leads tagged and attributed accurately.

Scope:

  • Campaign Strategy & Design:

    • Conceptualized and designed all campaign assets to reflect the theme, including a branded countdown clock, a "Mascot Bucks" rewards system, and promotional graphics.

  • Landing Page & Referral Form Design:

    • Created a centralized landing page and a referral form with minimal fields to maximize ease of use and user engagement.

  • CRM Integration:

    • Configured CRM to capture referral data in real-time, allowing sales and marketing to track engagement and results accurately.

  • Omni-Channel Marketing Materials

    • Developed a suite of assets (emails, blog posts, social media posts, and one-sheets) to drive traffic to the landing page and ensure a cohesive, omnichannel experience.
